Have you ever walked into a public bathroom, with a fun and unique design, that completely took you off guard? Why keep these unique designs only for restaurants, and other public places, when you can bring that pop of décor in your own home. Convert your powder room into a guest friend selfie-spot, while using unique wallpaper prints.
Opt to create a unique design in a dark powder room, with warm lighting. For lighter rooms, find prints that are filling, but still airy, like this one below from Walls Republic.

A trend that we can often see now is instead of hiding all the part of the plumbing, is finding beautiful ways to add it to the décor. Match is along with the sink to make it blend seamlessly. This exposed look will create a more classic and timeless look to your house, and looks best in homes that have already an older feel to them. This first bathroom was designed by Lydia Elise Millen, and the process can be seen on their instagram page @LydiaMillenHome.

Creating a spa-like look in your home doesn’t require much, especially when adding a unique looking wood tile, and lighting incorporated into the shower area. Use different tones, shapes and directions to compliment the look of your house, like this minimalist grey stones which keeps the minimalism, but adds dimension with the placement and direction of the tiles. Create a more down to earth feel by using emerald green tiles, and adding a bit of greenery and stone coloured decorations to tie it all together.
